Building successful people analytics capabilities within an organisation requires a strong team, robust data architecture, a business-oriented mindset, and the right partnerships with functions like IT and Finance. However, if there’s one factor that’s more important than anything else, it is building data literacy within the HR function itself.

In this session, Madhura Chakrabarti will share how Syngenta is preparing to build a more data-driven HR function, the challenges and wins from its 2.5 year journey, and concrete examples from its HR Data Fluency learning program.

All organisations are going to data and digital transformation. In this context, HR cannot be far behind. The important question is, how do we enable HR to kickstart this journey and continue the momentum?

This session will explore:

  • What does data fluency in HR mean?
  • How can you translate HR Data Fluency upskilling to actual learning pathways?
  • What does success mean?

Learning outcomes:

  • Learn how to begin your journey in upskilling my HR function in analytics
  • Find out what other companies doing in this space.
