Alessandro is a data scientist with 20 years’ experience with data and technology across multiple sectors, including telecom, IT, consultancy and finance.
He leads People Analytics in Vodafone UK and his focus is to support the business to make data-driven decisions.
Prior to joining Vodafone, Alessandro worked for Aon, where he specialised in developing analytical solutions to support the People Strategy of his Clients.
Alessandro holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Bologna (Italy).
