As the Covid-19 pandemic continues, business model execution has been hampered by continued disruptions to operations and talent markets. The simultaneous challenges of managing supply chain disruptions, fluctuating consumer demand, and uncertainty over the future of in-person work have added major complexity to the expertise needed for successful strategy execution.

This webinar will address the challenges of defining and building the expertise required to:

  • Maintain existing operations while dealing with Covid-induced operational and supply chain uncertainty
  • Build the capability needed to address evolving customer and shareholder value propositions, while maximising the employee value proposition.

Explore these ideas further - and share your own

After the presentation, Alec Levenson will be joined by Max Blumberg for live Q&A with the audience.

Be involved: Ask your own questions via text, and share your own thoughts on the topic.
