Sameer currently leads the talent intelligence function at Philips, where the function has evolved as a well established outfit over the last 6 years to impact strategic business and HR decisions, by factoring in labor market intelligence in context internal people analytics. Prior to this, he led R&D and Technology hiring for the Asia region as Director Talent Acquisition. He also helped establish the in-house talent sourcing function across India and Asia. Sameer’s prior career was in Executive search where he managed global leadership searches for Korn Ferry and Stanton Chase and has over 15 years of experience driving TA strategy and operations. Sameer holds a bachelors degree in Engineering and an MBA in Marketing from India.
