Data 4 HR

I am SME for People Analytics at Data IQ, founder of Data 4HR (a People Analytics consultancy project), and founder of the Club de R para RRHH, a community for Spanish-speaking professionals.

I am Professor in the postgraduate course of People Analytics, and of the People Analytics subject in the Business and Social Analytics Degree, both from ITBA.

My value is finding business problems so that HR provides solutions based on data. Due to my HR experience and knowledge of Data Mining, I’m an excellent “Data Translator”, making communication among diverse teams much clearer and more fluid.
