Tony Truong is the Head of People Analytics at DocuSign, where he leads a team that delivers data-driven insights to guide decision making and strategic talent planning to drive company performance.
The team’s responsibilities include talent strategy & analytics, strategic workforce planning, global employee surveys, and operational reporting.
Prior to DocuSign, Tony was the Head of People Analytics at Pandora where he built the function from the ground up and he was the first Recruiting Analytics Leader at Salesforce. He resides in San Francisco, California.
DocuSign is a San Francisco- and Seattle-based company that provides electronic signature technology and Digital Transaction Management services for facilitating electronic exchanges of contracts and signed documents. DocuSign’s features include authentication services, user identity management and workflow automation.
