Stela Lupushor is the founder of Reframe.Work, which helps organisations reframe the thinking about their people and HR strategy, to future-proof against the macro-shifts impacting the work, workforce and workplace of the future.
Prior to this role, Stela led the analytics functions at two financial institutions, as the Director of Workforce Analytics at TIAA and as the Vice President of HR planning and Analytics with Fidelity Investments, with the responsibility to enable data-driven workforce decision making and planning.
Before this, Stela held global corporate roles with IBM HR where she led a variety of transformational initiatives focused on HR strategy development and deployment, the future of work, social analytics and HR service delivery transformation.
She brought to these initiatives her prior consulting experience acquired at Price Waterhouse and the successor organisations - PwC Consulting and IBM.
Her expertise runs across the full HR spectrum, from HR and IT strategy development, shared services transformation, process improvement, systems implementation, M&A and integration.
Stela holds a diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science, has a patent pending for a social sentiment analysis tool, and is a sought-after speaker on the topics of People Analytics and the future of work.
