Michael is a quantitative problem-solver with a passion for analysis of small and big data, and in particular, using the power of analytical tools to gain insight and guide decision making. He has a wide variety of analytical experience in the market research, marketing and banking sectors.
His mission is to bring both statistical and business sense to the analysis of HR data at Solvay. He strongly believes that the key to better people decisions lies in being wise, not clever, with data.
