Lindsey is an experienced Communications, Engagement and Change professional. She spent 15 years at Centrica, most recently redeveloping the global engagement measurement strategy to a more data-driven model, alongside leading the engagement agenda for British Gas.
Five years ago Lindsey joined Pentland Brands, a successful family-run business and the name behind major sports, outdoor and fashion brands including Speedo, Berghaus, Canterbury, and Kickers. Lindsey’s latest role as Global Employee Insights and Engagement Manager is focused on developing tools and capabilities to enable the business to make people decisions based on data and insight. Her first achievement in the role was to introduce a radically different approach to measuring engagement, whilst the business navigated through an intense period of change.
