Managing Director, True North Analytics
In the digital world, all information leaves a footprint. In HR, things are no different, and ever-increasing amounts of data are available in the public domain.
How much do you know about the HR footprint that your business is leaving? Do you know what the impact of publishing your Gender Pay Gap will be on your Employer Brand or employee retention?
Join Krysta, who will share the results of the FTSE 100’s People Index to see just what kind of HR footprint they are leaving, and more importantly, how they ranked compared to each other.
This session shares with you more insight into how the People Index is compiled, and tips on how to influence your HR footprint, improve your Employer Branding, and understand the consequences of Gender Pay Gap reporting.
