Human Capital Analytics, Robotics & AI Senior Manager, Deloitte
Co-presenter: Ben Bartl
Analytics and the technology and data that supports it should underpin many decisions that an HR organisation makes. As the barriers to entry for analytics reduce, through lower cost and decreasing complexity, the people journey and cultural change become greater obstacles. Since the very first implementation of machinery in factories to Artificial Intelligence led analytics, resistance to change and moving an organisational culture forward has determined whether such implementations are successful.
In this practical session, Ben Bartl and James Allen will help you determine how culturally led your HR organisation is, share their experience of successful and unsuccessful analytics programmes, and provide insights into how you can embed culture into your transformations and strategy. Throughout this they will address issues of privacy, consent, interpretation and bias. The talk is designed to be accessible and useful to all of those involved in HR analytics solutions. Providing takeaways for embedding a culture of change in your programmes through war stories, discussion and debate.
