Ben Nicholas has been Director of Global HR Analytics and Reporting at GlaxoSmithKline since 2009 and has overseen significant advances during this tenure.  Most recently GSK has completed a global Workday implementation for over 110,000 employees for which Ben was responsible for delivering the Reporting and Analytics strategy and deliverables.  Prior to that Ben was the business lead that consolidated all GSK’s disparate 19 HR IS systems to launch a HR Global Data Warehouse that enabled their first global employee analytics service and well as creating a master data improvement service to address data quality issues.  GSK’s analytical capability relating to its workforce continues to improve providing current workforce data to senior leaders and supporting critical strategies.

Ben has spent 16 years at GSK.  Prior to working in HR analytics and data he worked in a number of IT and business facilitation roles.
