Geetanjali Gamel is Senior Director of Workforce Analytics at Johnson and Johnson with responsibilities spanning data science, advisory services, surveys and HR metrics.
In this role, she leads a team of data scientists, behavioural scientists, analysts and functional experts who perform descriptive and predictive analytics to unlock value for the business and employees and drive better decision-making using insights from data.
She is responsible for translating key business problems into executable research and delivering actionable recommendations to business and HR stakeholders.
Prior to this role, Geetanjali was the Head of Global Workforce Analytics at Merck, where she developed and executed a successful workforce analytics strategy, led data democratisation and capability build initiatives, and introduced new advanced analytics solutions to drive better business outcomes.
She has also led the predictive people analytics initiative at MasterCard, where she was responsible for introducing key insights to drive the company’s global workforce strategy.
Geetanjali has held various roles in energy, pharma and financial services industries, and holds a Masters degree in Economics.
