Andy is passionate about connecting people and productivity for value, both for the employee and for the organisation. Andy is also a Non Executive Director at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. Andy lives in Yorkshire with his wife and two children.

Outside of work, Andy’s interests include karate, football and sports coaching.
