Andy is Productivity and Cost Director at Lloyds Banking Group. Until recently, he led People Insight and Analytics at Lloyds Banking Group, with responsibility for people data, analytics, strategic workforce planning and resource costs.
Andy is passionate about connecting people and productivity for value, both for the employee and for the organisation. Andy is also a Non Executive Director at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. Andy lives in Yorkshire with his wife and two children.
Outside of work, Andy’s interests include karate, football and sports coaching.
Justine Thompson is Head of Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics at Lloyds Banking Group. Having a natural curiosity her whole life, Justine joined the people data scene around 10 years ago with a passion to leverage insights to inform business decisions that blend the best outcome for the colleague and organisation.
