People Analytics and Organisational Development (OD) are practised in organisations as almost completely different professions, yet their principles are very similar. Done the right way, analytics and OD are like twins separated at birth – and not like the left brain/right brain stereotypes typically used to describe their differences.
This workshop will continue the topics that Alec Levenson will address in his keynote presentation. The participants will have an opportunity to interact with each other and Dr. Levenson in an engaging discussion of the promises and challenges of taking a truly integrated approach to both measurement/analysis and transformation/change.
