I lead global HR divisions where I’m known for my collaborative and hands-on leadership style as well as for my persistence in developing solutions for problems that get in the way of progress. I push my teams to evolve, think creatively and challenge themselves.

Specializing in International Human Resources and Organizational Development within large, highly matrixed corporations across the manufacturing and technology space, I lead global teams across geographies – having led HR divisions and teams across 25+ countries. As an HR executive who has lived and worked around the globe, I understand cultural differences from many perspectives. I am proud to foster diversity, inclusion and employee empowerment to attract and retain high-performing talent, enhance a corporation’s brand and drive its success.
