Well-intentioned organisations are taking educated guesses at diversity goals, often based on generic assumptions. The consequence is that the talent acquisition team inherits the net sum of the difference between the reality and the CEO’s pledge. It’s time to move beyond good intentions.
How do you align and activate your organisation towards a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace, today?
Speakers:
- JACOB JEPPESEN – Senior Manager Data & Analytics, Novo Nordisk
- IAN GRANT – Director, Head of People Analytics & Insights, Standard Chartered
- CAITLIN BIGSBY – Director Product Marketing, Visier
- IAN COOK – VP People Analytics, Visier
In this session, our speakers will unpack the limitations of DEI plans in the enterprise and share how a people analytics powered guided planning approach will enable you to:
- align your people to drive necessary change
- build accountability and drive traction
- get clear on exactly what needs to be done.
