María Manso is an Electronic Engineering Degree and senior Data Scientist. She has been developing products related to advanced analytics and artificial intelligence for 20 years for different sectors. For 14 years she has been applying these technologies in the field of HR. In 2017 she received the external award “For Digitization the HR Function”.
She is currently Discipline Leader of Advanced Analytics in Human Resources at BBVA and responsible for the Data projects portfolio in the area. Among the main responsibilities is to promote the strategy of the Global Data Discipline to transform how problems are addressed, decisions are made and solutions are created, considering data as the key strategic asset for the business.
She also collaborates, as an associate professor, teaching modules related to Digital Transformation and People Analytics at the Universities of Navarra and Pontificia Comillas. Always looking to learn, innovate and motivate.
