Melissa Arronte, Ph.D. Solution Principal, Employee Experience, Medallia. Melissa has over 15 years of experience in employee survey research and more than 20 years of experience in HR. She started her career at Towers Watson in New York. More recently, she was the Head of HR Analytics for Liberty Mutual Insurance where she conducted the employee survey for 9 years. She was the SVP, Head of HR Analytics at Citizens Bank and most recently the Head of Customer Research at Citizens. Melissa holds a B.S. from Cornell University and a Ph.D. from University of Wisconsin – Madison both in Industrial Relations.
