There’s no more pervasive problem today than retention, and there’s no nobler a mission than moving the world forward on diversity.
In this interactive discussion, we explore retention and diversity in the Enterprise today, and why these strategies are falling short. We also discuss the role of people analytics in enabling leaders to:
- Predict employee churn, and decide what initiatives are needed to retain top talent
- Set measurable and achievable diversity equity and inclusion goals.
Accelerating Diversity and Tackling the Resignation Wave in 2021
Turnover is ridiculously expensive: according to Gallup’s 2021 State of the Global Workplace Report, replacing an employee costs 50%-200% of their annual salary.
Progress toward pay equity is alarmingly slow: Visier research found the pay gap between underrepresented groups and white employees could take more than 25 years to close, and 78 years for Black employees in particular.
In this interactive discussion, Angela Ignam Mahon of Aviva and than McConnell of UBS unpack retention and diversity in the Enterprise today, and why these strategies are falling short. We also discuss the role of people analytics in enabling leaders to:
- Predict the employees most at risk of turnover, and decide what initiatives are needed to retain top talent
- Set measurable and achievable diversity equity and inclusion goals, and accelerate progress now!
