The #HRevolution is a show leading the revolution of HR for the future evolution of business and work.

Join us as we sit down with leaders in the field and learn from their stories, findings, skills, and ideas on the future of work, inspiring the future generation of HR leaders.

Tashanda Thomas shares with us the importance of fully integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into every aspect of the business, not only to maximise business results, but because it’s the right thing to do.

In the conversation:

  • Why Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is a critical business driver that must be woven into every aspect of the organisation
  • How flexibility and agility are no longer “nice to have” but “need to have” organisational pillars
  • The many hats HR leaders wear on a daily basis
  • Why listening with empathy is a necessary skill
  • How to communicate with courage and consideration when having critical conversations
  • The importance of all levels taking an active ownership of engagement.

Would you like to join a future episode of HRevolution? We’re always looking for HR leaders with a progressive attitude and a hunger to change HR for the better – get in touch!
