The People Analytics Awards returns for its second year
At this year's People Analytics Forum, the focus is on new companies that are disrupting the HR Analytics landscape.
Whether they are giving clients deeper and more incisive insight into the inner workings of their workforce and the potential for innovation, or a more strategic outlook on talent risk and where to make interventions to secure a productive future, the marketplace is exploding with new game-changers.
10 finalists will be chosen from the applicants, based on the innovation they are bringing to the marketplace and other factors that set them apart from the competition.
Each will have 3 minutes to present their offering on-stage, and there will be two awards given at the end:

Decided by the judging panel in advance
Based on fulfilment of the judging criteria
Announced after the final presentation
The People's Choice
Decided by the audience on the day
Based on how well the value and innovation is communicated and perceived
Announced at the end of the session

The judging panel is comprised of senior practitioners, consultants and academics, with no connections to any specific solution providers, and who have extensive and balanced experience across all aspects of HR and Analytics.
